Prashant is an IT and ITeS veteran with more than 20 years of experience in product development, business development and client management in India as well as abroad. Prashant ventured into entrepreneurship in 2013 by founding Blue Pearl Infotech Pvt. Ltd which provides software development services. Prior to that, he worked with Infosys Ltd., Best buy Europe, TNT POST UK.
Shridhar Gune
Co-founder and CTO
20 plus years experience in large scale software platform development. Co-founded Blue Pearl Health tech four years back. Defining and executing road maps for solutions in the healthcare domain. Currently focusing on SaaS applications for Diagnostic providers. Shridhar worked as a technology consultant with companies like Infosys and its various multinational clients in the healthcare and insurance sectors.

Founder, Lab director, DNA Diagnostics, Mumbai (consultant Pathologist at Thyrocare)15 Years in the field of Pathology & Laboratory management and experience in Quality Control, Laboratory Staff Training and Customer Support.Worked as a Pathologist and Quality manager with Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. and as Prof. Of Pathology at Dr D. Y. Patil Medical College, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Dr Agrawal provides Domain expertise in product development and keeps the team up to speed with the latest development in the Pathology field.
Pradeep Kothari
Expert in Laboratory Operations, Accreditations, Software solutions with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare industry. Skilled in Clinical Laboratory Management, Laboratory Operations, Clinical Microbiology, Clinical Research, and Quality Assurance, Data analytics & Healthcare software solutions. Strong research professional graduated from RGUHS and post-graduation from National Institute of Management. He was heading Lab operations, LIMS operations and Quality assurance in iGenetic diagnostics as well as in infeXn laboratories; where he uses to Plan, co-ordinate & execute Go-Live activities, Planning, execution and Implementation of LIMS in the laboratory, identify gaps in the processes, translate gaps into requirements, and do continuous improvement and in overall to build a hassle-free LIMS process. Previous to that, he was heading the department of microbiology and was a part of quality assurance and lab operations at Metropolis Healthcare Ltd.
Sandeep Jagtap
He has vast experience in the diagnostic industry managing multiple locations with multiple rolls and multiple divisions. He was also a part of major diagnostic Organizations (Metropolis, Kokilaben Hospital, SRL Diagnostics, iGenetic Diagnostics Pvt Ltd.) where he was looking after LIMS operations, lab operations, Project Management, Lab set up and quality assurance. He also worked on multiple LIMS software in developing and implementation. He was heading Lab operations, LIMS operations and Quality assurance in iGenetic diagnostics as well as in SRL Diagnostics.Previous to that, he was working in the department of microbiology and Molecular Biology at Metropolis Healthcare Ltd.
